DEFINITIONS

In these terms:-

'Beer Ventures' means the company Beer Ventures ("We" or "Us" or "Our").
'You' and 'Your' mean the person ordering the Items under these Terms as identified on the Order Form.
'Items' means any object displayed on the Site for sale.
'Supplier' means the seller of an Item for resale.
'Order Form' means the order form published on the Site
'Contract' means the electronic on-line contract generated by Beer Venture's acceptance as notified to You of Your offer to purchase the Items.
'Site' means Beer Ventures' web site www.beerventures.co.uk

AGE RESTRICTIONS

It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the beer.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Beer Ventures makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the contents of any advertisements or any information and graphics published therein. The contents of this Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Beer Ventures howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Neither Beer Ventures nor any of his employees or other representatives can accept any liability for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensation, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
It is agreed that Beer Ventures shall have the right at any time, without the necessity to give notice, to revise any process advertised.
Orders in respect of Items advertised or offered on the Site shall not form binding contractual relationships until expressly accepted by Beer Ventures and are all subject to availability.
The exclusions and limitations in this Disclaimer are not intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under local law or other statutory rights which may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit Beer Ventures' liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees or agents.
Use of this website is on the understanding that all brand names, product names, titles and copyrights displayed are the trade marks or trade names or copyrights of Beer Ventures.

Permission is granted only electronically to copy and/or print on hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Beer Ventures or using this site as a shopping resource. Any other use of materials on this site (including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above and modification, distribution, or republication) without the prior written permission of Beer Ventures is strictly prohibited.

VIRUSES

Whilst Beer Ventures makes all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from this website, such exclusion cannot be ensured and no liability is accepted for viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature. Thus, you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from this website, its operator or its contacts.

ORDER APPLICATION

The sale of all Items on this Site is between You and Beer Ventures. Receipt of payment of the whole of the Price for the Items You order before Your order shall be deemed ready for acceptance.
Your use of the Site is set out in the Legal Notice. If You do not wish to enter into a binding legal Contract then You must not proceed any further with Your order.
Acceptance of Your order shall be by way of an email sent to You by Beer Ventures to the email address You provide on the Order Form. Beer Ventures' acceptance of Your order has the affect of bringing into existence a legally binding contract between You and Beer Ventures.

PAYMENT

All Payments are made via Paypal or Protx. To view the Paypal user agreement terms and Privacy Policy please visit www.Paypal.co.uk and click on User Agreement.

Once the Paypal payment has been processed and the full payment for the Items received, then Beer Ventures will send You email confirmation of Your order by way of acceptance to the email address You have provided in Your Order Form.

THE PRICE

The Price payable for the Items that You order is as set out on the Site and as detailed on the Order Form
The Price includes Value Added Tax (if applicable) The delivery charges are set out in the Site and You should note that it may not be possible for delivery to be made to some locations. Further, an additional charge for special delivery or to certain locations may be payable as notified on the Site.
All payments must be made in pounds Sterling.
VAT is charged at the current rate.
Beer Ventures reserves the right to change the prices at any time without notice.

VOUCHERS
Vouchers must be validated at www.beerventures.co.uk. We will not be liable in the event of the voucher(s) being lost, damaged or stolen.
· Expiry date: All vouchers purchased from Beer Ventures are valid for 6 months from date of issue but may be extended subject to terms.
· Refunds: A full voucher refund is available within 14 days of receipt of voucher. After 14 days but before the voucher expiry date, refunds are subject to a £10 administration fee. No refunds can be given on expired on extended vouchers. Refunds can only be made to the person who purchased the voucher.

DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY

We are pleased to be able to offer our customers either a 2/3 day or next day delivery service to mainland UK addresses (please see Delivery section for an upto date list of postcodes not covered by this service). For a next day delivery service orders must be placed no later than 2pm (i.e. if an order is placed on a Monday before 2pm - the order will arrive at the destination between 9am - 5pm the next day - Tuesday.

Upon delivery if any goods are damaged, Beer Ventures requires that the shipment is refused for delivery. Once goods are accepted for delivery you the customer has accepted that the goods are "in good condition".

Goods that are requested to be left at a location without a signature are left at solely the customers own risk.

Carriage charges incurred by Beer Ventures are non-refundable if all attempts for delivery have failed. If a customer requests re-delivery after our initial attempts to deliver all additional carriage costs are charged at cost.

Complaints - If you are not satisfied with the goods in any way please contact Beer Ventures within 7 days of receipt.

Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints as soon as possible.
Occasionally we do have to substitute beers for an alternative of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of your order date.
We reserve the right to cancel the Contract between Us if the Items is no longer available for sale by the Supplier.
If We do cancel Your Contract We will notify You by email and will re-credit to Your account any sum deducted by Us from Your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of Your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Beer Ventures will not be liable to You for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any such occurrence and Beer Ventures shall have no liability to pay any money to You by way of compensation other than to refund to You the price paid where You are so entitled.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver the Items You have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Items delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, a breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

INVALIDITY

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable (including any provision in which We exclude our liability to You) then enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

PRIVACY AND LEGAL NOTICE

You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms of our Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All copyright, database rights, trademarks and any other intellectual property rights in and to the content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, banners, images, buttons, underlying source code and software, is the sole property of Beer Ventures, or the applicable licensor.
Any use (including copying, reproduction, duplication, transmission, or display of the content of this website, without the express written permission of Beer Ventures) for purposes other than the viewing of information or for ordering purposes, is strictly prohibited.
